Trial Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Is the trial limited in functionality?
A. No. All features are present, however the trial is limited to 30 days.

Q. If I enter real data, will it be erased when I purchase?
A. No. You can keep any data you enter and simply activate your existing copy.

Q. The software asks me to ‘Activate’ my software. Why?
A. This is part of the anti-piracy measures built into the system. When you register and download the trial you will get sent details of your ‘Order’, which will include your unique serial number. Please keep this email safe as you will need it to enter into the trial Activation screen.

Q. How long is the trial?
A. The trial lasts for 30 days, at which point the system will no longer run.

Q. Which version can I try out?
A. You can try out whichever version you wish - simply order the appropriate one from the shop.

Q. Can I try multiple editions?
A. It is not possible to install more than one version at a time, and we do not recommend you do this without contacting us first.

Q. Is there a manual I can read?
A. The software comes with a complete manual - just click onthe help button to the right of the main toolbar.

Notes on Downloading the Trial

Click on the link above to go to the shop and select the ‘Trials’ section in the top-left corner. Please note that you will need to add the product to your basket and proceed to the checkout. You will not be charged and no credit card details will be required (the price will be zero), but you will need to create an account with valid details to complete the process (we will need to email you your details, so please double-check your email and ensure that you have added sales@wildrabbitsoftware.com to your ‘not spam’ list). Please note that old v2.1 accounts are not valid on the shop so you will still need to create an account even if you are an existing v2.1 user.
