Technical Support
In an ideal world, we would never need support - however, we all know that the complexity of modern PCs together with the number of potential ways our programs can be used can leave you scratching your head looking for solutions when things go wrong. Consider how much an average tradesman would charge for an hour’s work and then multiply by the number of wasted hours you have with your PC!
We offer a straightforward support solution that covers you for:
- Technical installation issues relating to your product
- Usage of our software.
- Usage of any supporting software such as our bundled backup and administration application.
- Free updates of your software. This covers new features and changes in legislation for the version purchased.
Knowledgeable technical and program support together with updates to the program are available only to current support members by phone or email. We strongly encourage all our customers to take up the support option - you can purchase this with your product in which case you will be entitled to a substantial discount. Note that the rental option automatically includes support and free upgrades for the lifetime of the subscription.
Please note that support incidents are not intended to replace proper training.
System Updates
System updates are handled by our AutoUpdate system. Changes to the system occur quite frequently as a result of legislation changes, improvements or as a result of feature requests from existing customers.

Installation
For a simple fixed fee we can install the software for you. The cost depends on the type and size of the installation - please contact us for a quote.
User Training
We recognise that training is a vital part of making your business run efficiently. Naturally, businesses come in all shapes and sizes so we offer a bespoke one-to-one training system that is based around the issues that are important to you rather than us.
Remote Training Sessions
Training to your personalised requirements is undertaken by the hour using our remote control training system. During the session our trainer will undertake instruction on areas that you feel you need the most at whatever level you feel is appropriate. If you need more time you can book another session on an ‘as needed’ basis. This means that training is both cost-effective and highly targeted giving you maximum business benefit.

Property Intellect requires the following minimum system specification:

Physical Memory
512MB minimum, 1GB or more recommended
Screen
Min 800x600 resolution, 256 colours or better
Disk Space
550MB free space, 1GB recommended
Other
Internet connection not required for main program use, but recommended to access updates, downloads and other online services.
Microsoft Word 2003 or later and Microsoft Excel 2003 or later required for mail merge and some other functions.
