I’m
a property landlord with an expanding portfolio of about 100
properties. I chose Property Intellect as the tool to manage my
portfolio based on features and price. Both of those I’ve been happy
with as it’s a very versatile tool and does the job it’s intended to,
and does it well. It contains numerous features which if I was
designing a system to manage my portfolio I wouldn’t have thought
about, but as they’re part of the program they’ve brought the things
we’re able to do to a new dimension. What surpassed my expectations was
the support I’ve received from the Wild Rabbit technical staff. Any
problems I’ve encountered whilst setting up the program and entering my
portfolio details have been resolved immediately with a more than
helpful approach from their technical department. I would happily

After
45 years in Estate Agency ad 40 years of running my own business, the
time came to retire from full time work. However I am still
involved in consultancy and have a family portfolio of rented
properties, both residential and commercial to look after.
When
visiting the Property Investors Show in 2006, I was introduced to
Property Intellect and realised that it would suit my future needs. The
first version fulfilled my requirements and gradually I found it was
accomplishing the tasks with consummate ease. In 2008 version 3.0
was released and this was a great leap forward in technology, I found
that the new features covered virtually every eventuality and now that
I was focussing more time on property management, it became an even
more valuable tool.
This
year a further update has added more functions and it is abundantly
clear that the composers of the software have a very close
understanding about what takes place in the letting and management
marketplace. In fact as the weeks pass by, I find myself using more and
more of the features to ensure the smooth running and proper
maintenance of the properties for the benefit of both myself and my
tenants.
I
am particularly impressed with the level of support that is
available. All too often there is an apprehension about on-line
support as it sometimes never materialises and often does not address
the problems. Nothing could be further from the truth with P.I.
The responses are swift, courteous and most importantly
effective. The query is identified and resolved in no time at all
– the cost of the annual support service is modest and the benefits are
considerable.
I
am very pleased that I chose P.I. 3 years ago and I look forward to the
software continuing to manage my investments in the future.

seen good returns as they have moved with us through the versions From

first Office at Lingfield soon grew and in 1976 we opened a branch at
Bletchingley which is a picturesque village on the A25. Here we attract
numerous enquiries from buyers moving from the suburbs. Two years
later, we expanded into East Grinstead to open our first branch in
Sussex.
During 1986 we opened our fourth Office in Forest Row.
This provided us with a unique network of four Offices aligned with the
A22 covering the area from just north of the M25 to the southern edge
of Ashdown Forest.
We also have an Office in the heart of
Mayfair that is shared with other Estate Agencies to cater for buyers
based in London or returning from abroad. We are therefore able to
provide sellers of larger properties with a strong local database and

I
have been a user of property intellect for a number of years now
starting with v2.1 which I then upgraded to v3.0 which was far
easier use but did lack some of the functionality of v2.1 This has all
been resolved with v3.1 and has lots more functions which are really
useful to the portfolio landlord. I would suggest trying out the
product via the trial package and I am sure you will end up buying the
full package!
The support which all the guy's give you at WRS is
fantastic and no problem is too much trouble to sort out for you
whether it is via email, telephone or online via rescue me.
There is lots of property management software out there but none comes with the great support WRS gives you.
