I have been using the Agency Edition for nearly three years now and have found it a very valuable tool. It has made the day to day running of the lettings department run as smooth as possible.
I must also say a big thank you for all your continued help and support. The system is very robust and user friendly. I'm looking forward to the new edition.

We are a Lettings & Management business based in Stoke on Trent; we started our business around a year ago. We purchased the Property Intellect Agency Edition from Wild Rabbit Software when the business first began. We have found it to be absolutely invaluable and played a significant role in the growth of our business. In one year we have taken on well over 100 properties.
Without Property Intellect Software we would have found it very difficult to offer the level of service that has enabled us to achieve such speedy growth.
We rely on this software heavily and it has never let us down. We also purchased the support package and have found this to be invaluable, the team at Property Intellect are very professional and very patient. They are always available to help and I am constantly amazed at how easily they fix problems we encounter.

I’m a property landlord with an expanding portfolio of about 100 properties. I chose Property Intellect as the tool to manage my portfolio based on features and price. Both of those I’ve been happy with as it’s a very versatile tool and does the job it’s intended to, and does it well. It contains numerous features which if I was designing a system to manage my portfolio I wouldn’t have thought about, but as they’re part of the program they’ve brought the things we’re able to do to a new dimension. What surpassed my expectations was the support I’ve received from the Wild Rabbit technical staff. Any problems I’ve encountered whilst setting up the program and entering my portfolio details have been resolved immediately with a more than helpful approach from their technical department. I would happily recommend any of their products based upon the service I’ve received.
