Major new update for Consumer editions of Property Intellect 3.0 released. Users with valid support contracts can download the latest updates by going to Start->Programs->Property Intellect 3.0->Check for System Updates.
This update bring with it:
- A new ‘Agreements’ section that displays the state of all current agreements in a handy overview format
- Better customisation of the toolbar - simply tell PI you job role and the system can customise your view of PI - removing unnecessary buttons and clutter
Various reported bug fixes - A new ‘System Search’ facility for speedy finding of contacts, properties etc (top-right of screen)
- New Marketing screen (open a property to view)
- Ability to set contract length and rent collection cycle in terms of weeks.
- A new ‘Tenant Match’ facility (properties section)
- New reports
- .. and lots of other minor updates/changes as a result of user feedback!
